Refund Policy

No refunds — unless we did not deliver. If your purchase was charged but you did not receive working access to what you paid for, we will fix it or refund you in full.

Songs and EPs are delivered immediately via a secure download link after payment. Because the product is delivered and consumable straight away, purchases are non-refundable once the download link has been issued. Please use the free previews on the site to sample the music before you buy.

You are entitled to a full refund where we failed to deliver, including if:

• You were charged but no order or download link was ever created.
• Your download link does not work and we cannot provide a working one.
• The files are corrupted or unplayable and we cannot supply a working replacement.
• You were charged more than once for the same order in error.
• We cancel your paid order and cannot deliver the product.

• Change of mind after a successful download.
• Not enjoying the music (previews are provided so you can decide first).
• Buying the wrong item when the correct item was delivered as described.
• Issues caused by your own device, storage, or software.

Faulty, damaged, or incorrect merchandise is eligible for a replacement or refund in line with the South African Consumer Protection Act. For live-experience passes, if we cancel or materially reschedule the event and you cannot attend, you are entitled to a full refund.

Contact us using the details published on the site within a reasonable time of your purchase. Include your order number and the email address used at checkout, and describe the problem. Approved refunds are made to your original payment method via Yoco, usually within a few business days depending on your bank.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under South African consumer law that cannot be excluded. Where the law gives you stronger protection, that protection applies.
