1. Who we are
This store is operated by Mzukhona ("we", "us", "our"), selling recorded music, merchandise, and live-experience passes directly to fans. If you need to reach us about these terms, use the contact details published on the site.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to form a legally binding contract to buy from us. If you are under the age of majority in your country, you may only purchase with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
3. Orders and pricing
All prices are shown in South African Rand (ZAR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We may correct pricing errors and cancel affected orders with a full refund. An order is confirmed once payment is successfully processed by our payment provider.
4. Payments
Payments are processed securely by Yoco. We do not store your full card details. By paying, you authorise the charge for the total shown at checkout. If a payment is reversed or charged back without cause, we may suspend access to any digital goods delivered.
5. Digital music and licence
When you buy a song or EP, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to download and enjoy the recording for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not redistribute, resell, publicly broadcast, or use the recordings in other works without written permission. All copyright and master rights remain with Mzukhona and rightsholders.
6. Access to downloads
After successful payment you receive a secure link to your downloads and invoice. Keep this link private — anyone with it can access your purchase. Download links are tied to your completed order and are not available before payment is confirmed.
7. Merchandise and experiences
Physical merchandise and live-experience passes are subject to availability. Delivery timelines, shipping, and event details are communicated after purchase. Experience passes are subject to event terms and may be rescheduled where circumstances require.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to bypass purchase gating or security, scrape content, or infringe our intellectual property. We may suspend access where these terms are breached.
9. Cancellations and refunds
Cancellations are governed by our Cancellation Policy and refunds by our Refund Policy. In short: because music is delivered digitally and immediately, purchases are non-refundable except where we fail to deliver what you paid for.
10. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant order. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under the South African Consumer Protection Act that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on this page at the time of your purchase. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa, and any disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of its courts.
